At Delunara, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return according to the policy below.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled

  • The item must be in original condition

  • The item must include all original parts and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Installed or used items

  • Products without original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product is damaged during shipping

  • The item received is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

In these cases, Delunara will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email support@delunara.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Free replacement of the product or damaged parts

  • Full refund

Return Process
  1. Contact us at support@delunara.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our customer service team will provide the return instructions and return address.

  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 6 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation
  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.

  • Customized products cannot be cancelled.
